A 50% deposit of estimated total is required to initiate production and secure inventory.
Production timelines begin once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance with taxes and shipping fees due prior to shipment.
Any changes to the order after confirmation may affect pricing or delivery timelines.
Customized or branded items are non-refundable once production begins.
Free Delivery within San Francisco.
Deliveries outside SF zip codes by USPS/UPS. Shipping delays caused by carriers are not the responsibility of the supplier.
